"Well I've lived in this area for over 20 years. And this location says that they don't have a public restroom why spend money in a store that doesn't allow you to use the restroom... FYI this is not right"

"Terrible store solely because of the employees, they suck pretty bad. I asked for assistance to see if they had any premie diapers for my child, the employee I asked made eye contact with me and my partner and proceeded to walk by without any response. Take into consideration she is not deaf did speak english, she was just being disrespectful. If anybody who runs this store hopefully sees this, you need to check your employees and fire these useless ones. Literally no help just disrespect. I ended up leaving without any diapers for my kid. Security was also overbearing standing way to close than needed and was interjecting into my conversation with the cashier I was speaking to, Security for this store don't count as customer service and should refrain from interfering with discussions that they were not relevant to.... unless all the sudden security handles customer complaints. Worst family dollar I know of and should shut down until they find respectable staff that do their jobs correctly."

"The employees here are incredibly lazy I mean lazy to the point that they will lie To get out of doing The simplest things on their job it's already bad enough ya'll have bad attitudes on a regular basis And talk on the phone Don't even greet customers But now you're going to lie so you don't have to do your job I got cash back she hands me a 20 and 5 I said could smaller bills instead of a 20, The look on her face already said she didn't want to do it so she just goes ahead and says I don't have any smaller bills And continues with her phone conversation.. like Really what register doesn't have a bill smaller than 20 at a (family dollar ).. smh"

"Probably would have bought more stuff if there had been a buggy or even a basket. My daughter and I had a hard time trying to hang on to the items we needed since they were big and bulky. Toilet paper, napkins, shampoo, conditioner, carpet shampoo, power steering fluid, lotion...etc.... Excited the shelves actually had what we needed but no way to carry it. Needed a big bag of dog food but no way to drag it to the front without making two trips. My favorite family dollar, manager keeps the store clean and stocked. The locals are to blame."

"Greatest Store EVER.... The workers are miraculous. The stockers always have the shelves stocked. They go way out their way for the customers..... And let’s not forget “The Crazy Lady” “The Mean Lady” etc... She may be all of the above but she keeps her store up to par and clean she does her job and never gives me a reason to not come back. I love her sooooo much to be honest."
