7-Eleven

"Extra items were added to my bill without my knowledge, when I arrived home I looked over my receipt, most notably were a few extra sliders added at the very end. I called the store to ask not even 5mins after leaving. The guy young black male, who had rung me up answered the phone and when I brought up the extra items he became very loud and defensive, without me even notifying him which items were added he already knew, he got very loud said they were from the person in front of me, said “ILL REFUND THE MONEY” and hung up on me. I called back to get the employees name, he responded with 7-11 was his name multiple times, when I asked why did you try to steal from me he hung up the phone again after being so loud. The reason I say steal is because the additional items were added at the end of my receipt, it’s not as if they were left from a customer before and my items were then added after. I called back again only for him to get loud and defensive and whenI asked for the employees name he said you can get it from the manager. I am sick to my stomach and blown away that this guy would go out of his way to steal cheeseburger sliders by adding them to the end of my tab (used Apple Pay) then when called and confronted becomes hostile defensive, screams and yells, hangs up the phone and before even telling him what the times were he knew exactly which ones. Please check your receipts whenever stopping by here, not only did he get caught stealing, adding items to my bill without my knowledge but when confronted becomes hostile and agitated, hangs up the phone, when asked for a name is extremely unprofessional, hangs up the phone, yells, states his name is “7-11” all of this because an employee got caught stealing a few sliders and instead of paying for them figured that I should by adding them to my tab. If this individual still has a job within a week that should tell everyone who reads this what to expect from this establishment."

"I was in this seven eleven I stopped to buy a moisturizing drink and energy I used the bathroom and the door doesn't close when I was using the bathroom someone opened the door and almost came in I went to the manager and she told me that I was lying that the door works I don't understand what kind of abuse they want to do there in that seven eleven"

"Be aware!!! Shady 7 Eleven. Went there last week to pump gas as it is closed by my house. Pump would not process my credit card requesting to pay inside. So I did. Pre paid $40, and car only took $24... Tried print receipt, go figured, did not work either. Went inside and got the receipt for $24. Two days later received messages of my Credit Card Fraud department, Same 7 Eleven had two $100 new transactions two days later on my credit card... one went thru and second declined. My bank refund me and now investigating. I won't recommend anyone to go there!"

"They have very rude staff, especially one black lady. I have been coming to this store for 2 weeks and in those 2 weeks she has fought every day with different clients. Yesterday it was with me, just because I asked her to please hurry to attend to me because I was in a bit of a hurry, while she was too busy fighting with a client as usual, when she returned to the checkout she told me in a very rude way not to rush her that I was not the only customer, ok, when I went to pay her she told me that she was not going to sell me anything. I had already placed the money on the counter to pay her and she refused to take it just because it didn’t give it to her in her hand. OH, but when she gives you the change to back, she throws the money at you. I drive a van with 7 workers, and with every single one of them she has fought at some point. We all agreed that we were not going to return to that store with an unqualified staff."

"Do not go here unless you want your money stolen. Went in got 12 dollars in stuff including gas in that and went to pump would not work. I went in and told the lady she said no you never paid for gas when I know I did. She looked at a recipt and said no I didnt pay still and would not show me the receipt. They can look up the last 4 hours of their gas charges. She stole 5 dollars. What she would do is go back and refund that money and take my 5 dollars. Little thieves work here."
