"The employees are always so friendly & shelves are normally stocked unless it's pet food. Otherwise I have no problems finding what I came for. Oh there seems to be issues with the coupons, not sure if it's operator error or the family dollar app. Just make sure you watch the total & look to make sure your coupons were taken off."

"My husband and I went to the store on 7200 Sheldon Rd to buy an item. The item we wanted was stock in boxes with pricing $4.25. When the cashier wrong the item it came up $5.00. My husband told the cashier and showed her the boxes with the price. She said ok. Now he said the manager came over very rude and told him he couldn't get it for the $4.25 because he took it off another shelf. I was the one that give my husband the item out of the box. I thought what price is there that's what you suppose to get it. At this time I was waiting at the register for them to come back. My husband was very upset when he got back so he said lets leave, so we walking outside. I though about it and went back inside to get a name. When and ask him if he was the manager he never said yes all he said was "WHAT'S THE PROBLEM "I said can I have your name he said "THAT'S MY PERSONAL BUSINESS " . My husband also took a picture of the boxes with the price. He told husband to get out of his store before he calls the police. Now what I don't understand what kind of manager training did he got. That store doesn't have to worry about me are family coming back there. I wish I could post the pic of the boxes with the price. CONGRATS JUST LOST A CUSTOMER."
