"I purchased unscented Angel soft toliet paper here on late afternoon Sunday . The store had an end cap displaying the product with price $5.95 & $6.25 for scented tube. There was a large similar display on the back wall with same prices. When it rang up $6.25, I asked the clerk why a different price than the two displays? It was indicated that the price was $5.95 and I was overcharged the $6.25 price without explanation. NO REFUND OF 30 c. It was not busy at the Sunday dinner hour there. The rip offs can be the least of my worries as there are cleaner stores in safer areas. I just hope to get to my car safely and get home. Yes, no answer is an answer to the customer. The money from overcharging customers helped pay for the remodeled store!"
"They told me I couldn't shop there with a backpack. I said I didn't even take it off, but they offered to leave it at the registers "under a camera". Why should I leave my personal belongings in a place that doesn't even close? Put lockers if you want shoppers to walk around the store without backpacks."

"Store is supposed to open at 8am its 8:20 and no sign of staff or anyone in sight! Time is money and having to drive out of my way to go to another Family Dollar is such an inconvenience and a waste of my time, I have to be to work at 8:30am. I work not far from the store, but having to go an extra 15 mins out of the way is going to cost me. I understand no one is perfect but please be considerate of your customers time!"
