"I'm totally disappointed... a customer should get what they paid for regardless of the time in which they place the order. I'm totally alarmed by the lack of assistance and care to my sandwich, not to mention it was $10! From the first look of it I should have opened it but I didn't. The bag was greasy and just didn't look like it was handled with care I was missing items that I purchased there was an overwhelming amount of oil and I didn't ask for it. When I say I didn't ask for it I meant I didn't ask for this amount. Just look at the pictures! Do better Publix I asked for olives did not get any, I asked for honey mustard did not get any, lack of lettuce and WAYY TOO MUCH ONIO S. So you basically made the sandwich how YOU WANTED IT. IDC, if you were closing in an hour... I should get what i paid for! Overall, the taste was horrible. I wasted $9.72, to be exact! Sure, you can reach out to me, but the damage has been done. I spend way too much money in this location perhaps I shouldn't anymore."

"On Sunday Christmas Eve my husband went to get cupcakes at the bakery and they didn’t have the ones that we wanted. He asked the lady at the bakery if she could see if she had any cupcakes that had cream cheese frosting on them. And she made the cupcakes for us. That was very nice of her. Many places do that this is the store we will be going to. We used to go to the one in Winter Springs no more."

"My husband is in need of his medications and the person who answered the phone was rude when she told him there are no other Publixes who have his medications so he's going to have to wait. He called the other Publix across from us at Springs Plaza and Jared answered and was pleasant to speak to, calm in his demeanor, told us he could have it ready by today. This review is based simply on the unwillingness of that staff member in a BRAND NEW store to be so impersonal in a field where healing and care is involved. I'm not saying fire her but please, ensure the people you're hiring at least have some common sense in customer service. You know, like Jared."

"It's a great new store. 48,000+ sq ft. Plenty of items to buy. The store features an island deli and self checkout. Very friendly and helpful employees. Five stars!"
