"Our cashier was fantastic. Pointed us in the right direction for aspirin. The store looks great. Clean and updated. However, the bathroom was from the 80's and looks like it hasn't been detailed cleaned since then. The edge of the floor and wall was totally disgusting. They totally need a refresh. When we checked out the same cashier was very pleasant and friendly. You have a good cashier. She's a keeper."

"Self checkout this morning, noticed we didn't get something bogo on the receipt,this is at 730 am,lady looks at it and says, you sure you used your reward card, everything else is rewards on the receipt,but I answered yes,saw it was not listed as bogo, you have to wait till 9 am for customer service lady to come in? So your telling me there's not a supervisor in store to give me a refund?? Shame,I really love Dixie."

"Nice place. Some staff are friendly but those working the checkout lanes seem so miserable. But I can understand that. It could be the work environment or just customers always giving them problems. I hope things improve for them."

"Gil working the self check out is fabulous!! I watched him deal with a difficult customer service issue, and it made me visibly giggle seeing how masterfully he handled a woman who was being an absolute horror. A big thank butchers Torrance and Marcus who helped me figure several times. They are both fabulous and very friendly. Generally, we find the prices at this Winn-Dixie to be better than the prices at Publix, and Winn Dix has a good selection. The store is clean, and all of the staff we have encountered are friendly."

"I went in today for a quick stop in and saw a great price for avocados for 79 cents so I grabbed 3. The lady in front of me in line asked the cashier, Robert, if he had a card to see for me in order to get the sale price. He said he did and the lady turned to me and told me he had a card for me and smiled so I thanked her. She then also told the lady behind me that the cashier had a card, and she left. Robert rings me up, is pleasant during the short transaction then tells me it's over $5 for the 3 avocados. I told him they were on sale for 79 cents and he says I don't have a card. I reminded him that the lady before me had just asked him to scan his card for me and he had agreed but now he claimed the lady before me was speaking ONLY "to the lady." I'm a 5' tall 50+ year old woman. Am I not a "lady"? He had just agreed to scan a card for me but then decided I should pay full price all of a sudden. He did finally oblige but all the theatrics were quite unnecessary. Please train your employees to respect ALL customers. And maybe put Robert in a different section where he won't have to interact with customers. Nov 10 at 11:20am."
