"Furious, I've been shopping at this store for years, and I've never felt this upset. I have for the past year I have been carrying a small loungefly backpack purse and have never had a cashier tell me I had to leave my purse with him before I could shop. I was not leaving my purse with him at the counter. He said I was not allowed to have a bookbag in the store it was a dg policy. I said it's not a book bag it's a purse. Needless to say, we left and will be taking our business elsewhere."

"They have digital coupons that never ring up correctly. The personnel never can figure out the problem. I waited twice in line for my 2 different purchases and then the cashier decided to take 2 other people ahead of me and when I asked him about it some idiot jumped my case will nevet go back to this store."

"Clean, well stocked, friendly staff. They were not all that busy, so I was pretty much able to get in and out with little wait. The wait I did have was because of a customer trying to do a price check on an item with no tags. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely shop at this store."

"Overlooking the fact that the store is very short-staffed and it seems like there is never enough time for the employees to get their side work done, they've never taken it out on the customers. Somehow someway they always find time to personally help each individual customer. The selection and variety of items in such a small space always amazes me. I absolutely love going to the Dollar General in my neighborhood. The coupons and amazing deals that they offer always help me save money, which in return I still spend there. I always recommend this store and I'm so happy they built it in my neighborhood."
