"Store is a tad on the small side and redid the layout inside, which was a huge improvement. Staff is always super friendly, very knowledgeable, and, in my experience, will give you their honest opinion on a game or merchandise, which helps with decision-making dilemmas. Not sure what to get for someone? The staff will ask questions about the person to see what would be a great gift! The prices seem fair for pre-owned games with a great return policy if anything is wrong or defective. Pricing for other items such as consoles and accessories seems to be a bit on the higher side, but if you have the Pro Account, you can get additional discounts for lower pricing. Now, the only reason I did not give it 5 stars is for two reasons: 1. The trade in amounts on any items is crazy low! It's higher with store credit, but if you want cash, you might do better selling the items yourself on eBay or something. 2. Their location is not ideal. Right across from the mall and next to McDonalds makes this a high traffic area so be cautious as accidents and traffic build up can happen certain times a day, usually work A.M., lunch hours and after 5 P.M. Other than that, really like this store, and so do my kids!"

"Cody is very thorough and can explain almost any video game we show interest in. He gives you his full attention and maintains very good attitude. We love how patient he is with our 5 year old who is VERY into gaming, as well. Others at this location have been very impatient and usually have an attitude so we try to only go when it's him on shift. Keep up the positivity. Me and Brandon love your dedication!"

Another team member by the name of Chris was very positive and engaging with my boys! It ended up being more than just the transaction of buying a game! Overall great experience. "The staff were great to talk to. It was a clean and put together place. I went with a friend to grab some video games for his new Switch. The recommendations were great and he ended up getting Breath of the Wild and one of the Mario games. The merch was fun to look at. They had this crazy Star Wars waffle iron and it made me laugh. It was a nice place to visit. Stop by Tijuana Flats if you want some gamer food to go along with your new loot."
