"2024-02-03: This is an amazingly nice little park. The parking lot is fairly large and paved. There are no painted lines on the parking lot. As you can see in one of my photos, a car is parked near the boat ramp. If the parking lot was busier, this could pose a problem to launch. There is what appears to be a nice bathroom. The toilet empties into a reservoir, much like a Porta Potty. There are no sinks or electricity in the bathroom. They do have a hand sanitizer in the bathroom. There is a small playground for kids with three covered picnic tables. There are also other picnic tables on the grounds. The sidewalks are beautiful and wide for people who use a wheelchair. One sidewalk leads from the parking lot to the playground area. The other sidewalk leads down a path to a beautiful view of the lake. There are two small boat ramps with a nice aluminum dock in between. The water is fairly dark due to the Tannin-stained water. At the end of the dock, the water appears to be less than two feet deep. I am not positive on the depth of the water, but it appears to be shallow. There is also a small walking trail in this park. I have a separate review for the trails."

"We love the park. Very calm and beautiful. What a great place to just walk around, talk, take your favorite person, explore, take pictures, enjoy nature and all is beauty. I highly recommend Lake Alto Park to everyone."
