"Checked in on the app and arrived at appointed time, there was nobody in the main area. After a few minutes someone poked out of the back area telling me to have a seat and that another stylist was on their way. After 10 minutes (and noticing the two other people waiting) it was obvious this wasn't going to happen any time soon, so I left and cancelled my check-in. After many years of coming here, I will not return to this location."
