"Yosie is simply the BEST! She takes time to listen to what you want but also educates you on the dos and donts. Her customer service is outstanding & the quality of her job is superb! I have brought my mom and sister and they loved her!!! Yosie is excellent, hair 4 you is lucky to have her."
"I wanted to specifically point out Vivianni for her professionalism and accurate haircut. I walked in on a business day, and I was quickly attended to. The cut was precise and the coloring was spot on. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. I will be back. :)"
"Great atmosphere, I love the people who work there. Jossie did my hair, excellent hair dresser, I fully recommend her. They know how to treat the customer."
"I came in for a manicure (gel) and a pedicure. The space seemed nice, well lit and clean. But unfortunately that's about the only thing I liked about this place. When I first came in, they have an iPad to check in, which I did, but otherwise was not greeted. I waited for 5min with no acknowledgement and then went up to someone who seems like a receptionist to let them know I was there for my appointment. They said OK and then looked away and started talking to someone else. I asked if I should have a seat and keep waiting, then they turned around and said yes and offered me coffee or water. Overall, very strange first impression. My manicurist (I think her name was Irina) seemed nice. However, her technique was way off. She was too harsh with her tools, to the point where I began bleeding on two fingers -- which has never happened to me at any nail salon before. She blamed it on the tool being too sharp and put some green liquid over the cuts. Once she was done filing/cutting/pushing the cuticle, she didn't wipe off my hands or have me wash, so I still had nail dust on my nails by the time she started painting. When she started to color my nails, she went straight for the gel color, with no clear, gel base coat. I ended up asking her if she could please use a base coat, which she then had someone else bring to her as well as the UV light (I don't know how else she expected to properly cure the gel paint without the light) and very obviously started to read the clear gel bottle (I assume to look for instructions). She spent most of the time using a sharp wooden tool to clean up where she painted around my nail, although didn't do a great job at that -- all of this took an hour and I still have paint on my cuticles and around the nails. She also painted over the bleeding corner/cuticle on one of my nails which feels unsanitary for the paint bottle. Overall, a really bad experience. I left without getting my pedicure since all of this already took up an hour, and at checkout no one asked me if everything was alright (my facial expression alone should have tipped them off to ask, as well as the fact that I was leaving without having my toes done). So now I'm left bleeding, in pain, with very messy looking nails that probably also won't last very long because the gel will lift off where the side skin and cuticles were painted."
