"Prepaid for$30 of gas by the time I went outside to pump it the bumper. Turn on so I went directly back inside and they seem to forget that I just walked out with a gallon of milk sodas and prepaid for fuel.. had no recollection that I payed... needless to say.... They refuse to reimburse my cash.. Thieves"

"The only reason I stop at this 7/11 is because it’s the last station on my way to visit family and I forgot to stop at the numerous other convenience stores along Wesley Chapel Blvd. The store seems unusually expensive-- even in inflationary times. Sometimes candy and bottled drinks are near double what I pay at stores close by. They are also frequently out of items. The one highlight here is the assistant manager who I usually see during second shift-. I don’t know her name, but she has a larger than life personality and is very kind."

"Pros - conveniently located within walking distance of my home. Cons - a few of the staff are absolutely horrible people to deal with. They don't speak when you're standing directly in front of them waiting to check out. I've personally experienced where a particular female employee engaged with other patrons in a friendly manner, but when it came time to check me out her entire demeanor changed and she didn't say a word to me. I've heard by others that they have witnessed this same behavior. This has happened to me on more than one occasion. The cleanliness of the store is questionable, and I've had my card compromised using the gas pumps in the pass. I understand the card skimmers can be found all over town, and it's hit or miss as to whether or not you'll be the lucky contestant who has their bank account compromised, but just be careful when using your card at the pumps. This store is in way too good a location to be so run down. On 3/12/2022 I stopped in on my way home from work to buy a 20 ounce Coke. I didn't think anything of it at the time as it's something I do pretty regularly, but at other stores. I happen to check my bank account about an hour later and realized that I was charged $3.20 for that bottle of coke. What?!? I understand inflation is a thing right now, but seriously! Nowhere else that I have gone does anyone charge that for one bottle of soda. It's such a shame to have this place so close to my home and have such a negative view towards it. Such is life I guess."

"Bathrooms have been this dirty for weeks. Only been twice, and both times it has been like this. Very disappointed in 7/11, Radiant Gas, and Subway. God bless, -James D. PS: Please clean.."
