"I started working with the owner in January of this year and it seemed to have been working out between both parties. But, little did, I know what was really going on with what was actually being done with my hair. Because I trusted the knowledge, the supposed expertise and because she advertises as a false blonde specialists I trusted this person. Looking down the road now nine months later the signs of destruction of my hair is really going to be years of repair. Instead of this person being ethical principled in her practice, she decided to burn off my hair in certain parts, blame me and attempt to hide it with the hair extensions I use to have in my hair. This individual does not know how to do tape extensions to any capacity and lied to me months and months on end. She is not a trustworthy person changes her prices, depending on your status and financial standing. Every time I came in to retape and reinstall my extensions not once did the owner ever wash the hair. She would literally reinstall dirty hair. Every single time I came to reinstall the hair she would proclaim that some hair talk dry shampoo was the “professional” way to wash the extensions. But, with obvious reasons this was the first sign of her inexperience with these services. Because beauty standards require stylists to wash the hair thoroughly before reinstalling, but she decided to make up her own ghetto process so then you would have to come in basically in less than two weeks to reinstall the hair. After all this time working together, the last time I was, there was in July and she did the same bad business practice again. I even came in three days before to drop off the hair so it could be prepared cleaned and she still did not fulfill the request of the client and actually wash the hair. No. very bitter Miss know it all, but doesn’t know how to actually do the job correctly had me come in for re installation and color and her being the expert and stylist decided to do what she wanted further destroying the hair left me unhappy dissatisfied. Within three days I already had extensions falling out of my hair. Oh, and she actually let me leave the salon that day so unhappy and dissatisfied and still charged me for the entire service, even though I had extensions falling out within three days, where after 10 days I had more than half of the extensions fall out of my head, and this so-called owner instead of actually mitigating the problem, or, addressing it head on, decided to block my number and fight my credit card company after three months of ignoring me. Ultimately blaming me for using extensions to cover up her damage to my hair. It’s a felony to purposefully damage a clients hair and not even attempt to remediate or resolve the issue but instead ignore block and return that the client no longer exist. She would legitimately use extensions to cover up damaged hair. That is what she thinks. The purpose of extensions are for this person cannot be trusted unless you want to live like I am with damaged hair. And interestingly enough, I saw that she decided to post images of my old hair promoting it on Google instead of addressing the problem that she has with me her client. You destroy a clients hair charge them and refuse to resolve a problem you created? Is exactly why I’m here today advising people to stay away from such problematic people who will create issues and cast blame on the clients that bring you business. Desiree, you need to do better as a business owner and not involve your emotions in problems you as the business owner created. I have attempted since the Fourth of July to speak to this business owner after eight months of working with her to resolve the destruction of my hair, and instead has blocked my number and is now trying to profit off of the likeness of my images. I do not recommend whatsoever. STAY AWAY. She is not a blonde specialist, but a blonde destructionist. And what’s so amazing is that everyone can see the owners response instead of resolving a problem she wants to act like a five-year-old child."
