"Ingrid is a terrible hair dresser and the owner. What a disgrace to the profession. Obviously she is not skilled in color. She made my hair orange and multicolor. To top that off she cut my hair so bad… like a mullet and bob combined. I had to go running to another hairdresser to get my hair fixed. She did excuse herself for not being able to remove down the orange after hours being there and applying dying chemicals three times. She had the audacity to charging me “less”. Truthfully I shouldn’t have paid her anything."
