"Everytime I shop at this location, everyone is helpful and friendly. Today especially. I used the shopping basket and actually needed a cart. With no hesitation, one of the employees asked if I wanted a cart and I told him yes please and he ran and grabbed a cart for me. Thank you for making a difference!"

"Public isn’t the closest one but I still make sure to go to this one! The staff are amazing it’s everything a Publix should be! Growing up in Lakeland Publix has always been my go to! This hands down is the best one! Bring back the meat counter though it was great interacting with your great butchers. Again best Publix ever!"

"Well, let me start me and my wife got there to order a birthday cake. We ask the gentleman behind the counter if he could help us a Course we told him that we were looking for a certain birthday cake. He says I don’t know I said OK do you guys make this birthday cake? He says I don’t know I said what seems to be the problem with your attitude I said when I came in, he was arguing with the lady making faces at her, because you didn’t understand what she was saying now you’re giving me an attitude for no reason I shop here all the time at least three times or four times a week. I live down the street he continue to have an attitude so funny ask for a manager and I told her what happened as we’re standing there and she’s helping us he just laughing at mess just smirking at us. I told the manager I said you know you need to send that got home. He’s got a bad attitude when she proceeded to keep doing what she was doing this is why there’s so much problems with people and they don’t respect each other , I just could not believe the attitude he had in the manager just let it go. She told me I will deal with him. We went shopping around the store and he was still behind the counter like nothing ever happened. I am very disappointed in Publix that’s the approach they took. I’m really considering not going there no more and go somewhere else or there. Appreciate me totally ridiculous. It’s pretty sad. Alex need to get a hold of the managers and their staffs and let them know. Customer service made my wife we probably won’t go back there again and we will also let people now their service."

"What is wrong with Publix? I went to buy chicken wings, unbreaded, not hot and spicy. They didn’t have any, they were all hot and spicy. I asked, and they said the warehouse had shorted their order and cut off all the non spicy. I also went to the Publix on Gunn Av and was given the same story. 10-15 boxes of Hot and Spicy, that I can’t imagine will sell. Obviously it’s someone in the warehouse that thinks for the public."
