"Pretty cool retro roadside stop. Makes me think of what road trips in the 60's must have been like although it has modern facilities. The style of covered picnic tables made you want to have a picnic right out of your ice box in the back of the station wagon. Facilities were clean and nice access to bay beach."

"Love the area. Quiet, never really crowded when it is busy. Just people enjoying the beach and being cool to one another. Update 8/23: it looks like they did some repairs and re-painted the benches, tables, and covers. The bathroom really needs to be updated and fixed, but I assume the bad kids that I've seen break the outdoor shower broke that as well. Also, beef up that outdoor shower so these kids can't so easily damage it."
