"On March 7 2022 my friends and I were rudely talked by the employees Sherry and her associate who apparently has an issue understanding and speaking English. Sherry acted like we were in her way from getting to the cell phone when I was literally just barely infront of them and friends were on the other side cell phone rack when Sherry says we were blocking her way"
"It's sad for such clean & petty store, probably the nicest Family Dollar I've ever seen. Customer service is horrible, I walked around the store at least 20 minutes, saw 3 different employees. Not one of them greeted me. One, an older gentleman almost walked into me, but he did say excuse me, no big deal. But still no greeting. There was also a Spanish & black lady, who seemed to involved in stocking shelves to greet anyone. I'm not someone who wants someone hovering over me or constantly bugging me, but damn at least say hello in sort or matter. Sadly customer service is becoming a lost art. Only reason I gave a 3 star is because the store was nice & clean. Probably won't be back tho."
