"I have been going to Smart Cuts since they opened(about 15 yrs.) Owner Dion is very personable always with a smile. Ravi is the man great hair cuts and conversation. I now live in Deerfield beach and still go for my cut."

"Ravi's the best, been going to him for years! Little did Ravi know I eye-balled the shop when I left because upon asking him how the extensive the clean-up was, he responded that they just went in the morning they opened just to do a usual cleaning, and boy, did it show, pieces of salon furniture were filthy or dusty! Shame on the owner for being irresponsible towards the clients! It should have been SANITIZED!"

"The worse experience ever, I brought my 4 years old Son this morning to have a haircut. He has casts on both feet, and just had surgery 6 days ago. The Lady started cutting my son's hair, and he starts complaining the clippers are hurting him. This is on the left side of his head. She slightly nicks his scalp, and still continues. At this point he is on the verge of crying. My husband got worried, and asked him what's going on. Normally he's quiet, but she was hurting him. Then she started the right side, and really nicked him good. My husband asked her to stop. She said, he's ok, and tried to continue. He said your clippers are dull, and you cut him. Her reply was, I didn't hurt him, he's ok. At this point my son is crying in pain. My husband told her to use better clippers, she then argued with him. Finally she goes into the back room, and comes out with a different clipper. At this point, my husband said, "You're not going to cut his hair, I want someone else. She looked at him, and then proceeded to argue with him. She then says, you can go somewhere else. He comes home with my son crying and traumatized. I then called the company. I also went to the place which normally I go there to cut and color my hair with another lady called Mercedes, and ask her what happen?. The lady was using a clipper (not a good one) to do the 0 degree cut on my son and cut his skin twice...here are some pics. I told her that if she doesn't have the equipment to do a professional job without hurting the customer, then she shouldn't do it in the first place. She cut the skin twice refused to stop and get better equipment. Then she kicks my son and husband out ot the place without finishing it....SHAME OF YOU."

"This place should be called Cheap Cuts. 'Ravi' cut my hair twice, several months apart. BOTH times the hair around my ears was cut uneven. He took no more than 5 minutes to cut my hair. I have never been so frustrated with a hair salon. Pay more at a better salon so you don't feel so embarrassed when you look at yourself in the mirror."
