THE PARKING PLACES FOR PICK UPS IS NEVER MONITORED SO PEOPLE PARK IN THOSE SPACE & GO INSIDE TO SHOP, THEN YOU HAVE NO WHERE TO PARK & THE PEOPLE IN THE STORE HAVE NO IDEA WHERE TO FIND YOU, SO THEY JUST DON'T..... THEY LEAVE IT UP TO THE CUSTOMER TO FIGURE IT OUT. SO, BASICALLY, IT'S NOT A PICKUP, BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO GO IN THE STORE & FIND IT.... THEY DON'T CARE. WHEN I COMPLAINED, THEY BASICALLY TOLD ME TO GFM..... OH AND DON'T TRY CALLING THEM WHILE YOU'RE CIRCLING THE PARKING LOT, THEY WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE, IN FACT, I BELIEVE THEY LEAVE IT OFF THE HOOK SO YOU CAN'T CALL.... IT'S THEIR WAY OF KEEPING YOUR MONEY & THE ITEMS YOU PAID FOR UPFRONT..... THEY DON'T CARE."
