"Jennie the Asian girl is a very talented haircutter. But her attitude dis cutting. She insulted todsy saying we bwe smell and ran out thr door saying she sensitive to smell. It was embarrassing. We both shampoo ND shower before we leave the house every day Y. Essentially when visiting a salon. She is rude nasty and you can't talk to her. I will never ever visit a supersets again"
"Came today (January 27th 2024) for the first time and there was a very rude Asian lady working. Didn't get her name, but she was very rude to all the customers. If I had a few minutes to spare I would have just left. She didn't even said hello to anyone and when another customer told her what she needed she answered: "Well it's going to be a while". Never smiled once for the whole 45 minutes I was there."
"I have always used one stylist Jenny, The Manager !!!For a few years and she always was close ...to Delivering The Almost Perfect Trim !!! That's all I wanted !!!!!!! But a few weeks ago - I Only Wanted - Just A Trim - As I Always Do -the ends of my hair ONLY!!!! That's All!!!! And.............. and she took ................ 3 inches !!!!!!! I have been soooo Upset , Devastated .......so close to my birthday!!!!! I Have To Write this Review.!! That Day was Awful for me. ..!!!!!! I always watched in the mirror to make sure she only takes the ends ( that's all I want every time I come to this place ) . So I didn't realize until I got in my car ,.... And Absolutely ..in shock and disbelief..Cried ...like a baby, ... .... ..I am not the type to .." go back and raise hell" ...But .. i will Never Go Back to Any of these shops!! No, I don't want money back, my hair will take up to 1 year to get back to . No I don't want feed back from the owner..and a " brush it under The Rug Email - blah blah blah blah ...and you can e- mail to" No one who cares "!!!!!. So Lesson to All Hairstylists out There: Nr1- PAY Attention to What Customer Wants , Not What You want!! That is Nr 1 Rule!!!!!!! Remember THAT!!!!!"
"The name of the stylist who attended me and my spouse is ELSA but I cannot find this exact name in the list of stylists at this location !! Elsa is AMAZING, so much so that after my spouse and I had her as our stylist back in April while traveling in Florida, we drove up from Miami yesterday after having just arrived from our flight from Central America for Elsa to cut our hair again !! A true professional and expert in her field of work !!!"
