"I have had to call Parker City many times and they are always very kind and respectful. Today I called because water was gushing from a home nearby and the utility department showed up within minutes."
"They are almost always closed and after moving it has taken more than a week to get there to get the water shut off at my old place because they have no where online that says when they will be closed only on the door once you get to the building. No place online to shut it off. I've tried calling but it doesn't go to a voicemail just hangs up the call after 4 rings. This is extremely frustrating and charging me for something I'm not only not using but can't be using. I'd say it's poor customer service but there's no person to talk to so it isn't even customer service."
