"Water is good quality and service is reliable. However, if you forget to pay the bill there is NO reminder, and there is no after hours service. I have consistently paid my bill every month since 2005, but this month I forgot. Water is shut off until they open at 8am. A little customer courtesy would be nice. This is a correction to the above. They DID try to contact me, but I hadn't updated my new phone number. That's on me. Now 5 Stars."
