"Waited over 24hrs for my prescription for I have strep throat"

"This place is best if you go inside. At the drive-thru, the girls will be smart-mouthed, obtuse, misrepresent what you are asking, and the supervisor today at 430pm was as ignorant and rotten as could be. She literally did not understand the prescription or why it needs to be as prescribed in a sealed container. It's a 30-day supply that gets backfilled when we miss a day. We end up with extra, and they can't sit in an unsealed container. It is important to have extra, too, believe me, because all kinds of mess ups can happen in other areas like coverage. I've been wrongly left without coverage before. There is NO reason that you should have to accept pills thrown in an unsealed container because they want to order from bulk at the last minute. We and our insurance pay for a prescription that comes in a sealed and safe container! She was absolutely outrageous. I'm looking for another pharmacy now."

"Would give them a 0 if possible. Worst pharmacy that I have ever seen. When you call, you WILL be on hold for at least a hour. Your Rx is never ready when they say it is. Maybe if the pharmacy manager would read these reviews, they would try to improve their service, but I don't think they care, cuz they get paid either way. I will be going to another pharmacy, because anywhere else would be better than this place. If you want your Rx this century, then I would go elsewhere."

"This pharmacy has lost a valuable, long standing customer. I had one good experience bc a new pharmacy manager was there (he of course left) who understood what good customer service actually means. As long as the computer "system" is working and no one has to actually think or problem solve, u might be OK. But if ur looking for good judgment, customer service or help with resolving an issue this pharmacy is not it! Ive had same issues as some of the other reviewers and more! There is no customer care or value here."

"This is a full size Walgreens chain store. They sell propane here. This set cell the big jugs of water here. They have a redbox. They have handicap parking spaces in front and handicap entrance. They also have a one hour photo lab. And they also have a regular plus drive thru pharmacy. I've been here several times and they are never busy."
