"THe jetty store at St. Andrews State park has everything you need for a proper beach day, If you forgot everything (including the kid) you can find it in the store. Soda.chairs, chips, souvenirs, tanning supplies, umbrellas and most of all snorkel equipment. They even have rentals there jet skis ,chairs on the beach, camping lots. At dusk and dawn the deers are everywhere during the day the retreat back up into the brush, gator lake, live natural roaming gators, keep little kids close, NO PETTING OR PICTURES ON THEIR BACKS. Bird preserve. walking trails. St. Andrews is a whole day experience. Down from there entrance are plenty of family friendly restaurants, Publix and Winn Dixie are just around the corner also. It feature a pier that reaches far into the Gulf, with our crystal clear waters you can dee the bottom and all the sea creatures in between, In the spring and fall Manatees swim the currents that bring theses "sea cows" up close to end of the pier a lot of times they will have their calves with them.Sheep heads, Rays, occasional shark, pompanos are all visible. The prettiest sunsets you will ever see. History in there also, The pavillion shown on the point was a old gun turret location from WW 2. One important fact Hurricane Michael Oct. 2018 did impact the whole region. Visit one of the many St, Andrews websites including its live web cam."
