"I had to have 2 keratin straightening processes done a week apart after the first one didn’t work and I was told I needed a “stronger” one for my hair. Unfortunately, the second one did not work either and only ended up stripping my color and still frizzy. I then had a color done which was too dark for me and needing highlights which came out auburn instead of the warm chestnut color I had requested and was promised. The colorist left before my hair was completed and blown out-but I was told she said it did not have any red hues. I asked for a toner to tone down the reddish highlights but was told since I’ve been unhappy with my hair thus far-after 2 failed keratins and a coloring that didn’t come out right-that perhaps I should look elsewhere for further service instead of correcting it and compensating me for my troubles. I was willing to go back until my hair was repaired and color corrected but am not welcome there. Professionals should handle a customer differently-but the owner really did not know how to proceed with my hair treatments and instead of working with me and researching further treatments to correct the frizz she held me responsible and put the blame on me. No apologies no compensation-just the door!"
