"I've had my prescriptions filled here for about 3 years. I would give a better rating, but they just can't get their notifications working. They told me 3x that it's fixed, but I still don't get a text or call when my prescription is ready. Auto fill also doesn't work and I have to call in. Their app is broke... It wants to send me a text code to verify me , but I never received the code so I can't use the app. Lots of technical issues are a pain."

"I usually go to the Breakfast Point Publix because their Deli is better but tonight I went to the Ocean Park Publix. Drove up around 7pm and saw 4 employees hanging out tossing a football around at the right side entrance in front of the door. They almost clocked some woman as she was trying to make her way in. Is this necessary to have your break right in front of the door? One of the dumbest things I have ever seen. Do better."

"If u CAN use another Publix Pharmacy, u shud! These folks hv NO sense of urgency. My Dr. sent a prescription while i was sitting in his ofc @ noon today. I called to followup on the prescription @ 6 p.m. & was told it was a prescription that had to be ordered (it had not been during the prior 6 hrs it'd be in their care). Phar Tech told me this Publix pharm orders non-stocked items fm central location once a day (around 5...but mine STILL had not been ordered when i called @ 6!). This is NOT the 1st incident of this nature just the 1st time I'm putting it in the "reviews.""
