"Horrible service & lack of consideration for people. Was transferring as a new customer, was told 2 pm pickup for 1 standard prescription, got there at almost 7 pm, was told it got put to the bottom of the stack & they needed 10 minutes. 15 minutes later both staff members have moved on to another customer's issues while she waits at pick up & there is no getting my prescription. I left with nothing & called another pharmacy to get it. Tech was non-sympathetic & clueless on how to properly care for patients in a timely manner. Big fail & waste of my entire family's time waiting."
