First Impressions Barbershop Inc. Oviedo/Winter Springs

"What should have been an easy cut was not. I walked in to get a haircut before a WEDDING. Asked what I would like done and responded wanted him to take off 1 (one eighth of an inch of hair) all around for a shape up. He asked me 1 with the grain or without, and I said with. He starts on the top and looking at longer hair fall, I ask if he is cutting down to 1 or taking off 1. He says he is cutting down to 1. I said that is not what I asked for but it’s fine. He then argues with me about what I said. I reiterate the entire conversation from the start while also repeating that it’s fine since, I do get my hair cut down to a 1 sometimes. He continues to try and argue with me about what I said, and should have said, instead of just apologizing, and realizing that he wrong and messed up. Frustrating when I already said it was fine multiple times. This cut was not at all what I asked for. I should not have paid for this cut since it was not at all what I asked for. They also cut off all the work I paid for my hair earlier this week. If you go to this establishment, make sure you are abundantly clear on exactly what you want done since they are prone to messing up it seems. Not at all a good first impression and will not be a chance for another."

He is great barber and the entire shop has affordable prices, do a great job and they are all professional! I highly recommend this shop and Tito to anyone looking for a good cut!!"
