I brought my mom this time but that lady wasn't there, since my mom doesn't speak English, I asked for a Spanish speaker I talked to her before I dropped my mom off and asked her how much would it be for blower My mom's hair is short, above her shoulders - lady said $31 When I picked my mom up, she was charged $62 without shampoo And her hair wasn't even straight Total rip off and nobody takes responsibility for it DO NOT GO THERE Underwhelming service Liars and thieves"

"First time visiting this location. I was super impressed with how clean the place was, including the large restroom and was handicapped accessible. I didn’t have an appointed but waited less than ten minutes to be seated. Nelly or Neely, please forgive me for the name confusion, she was awesome. I had a lot of hair cut off, at least ten inches, she gave me the cutest cut. Not only was I 100% satisfied, but when I got home, my spouse was equally as satisfied.
