"I’ve been coming here for 4 years and this time had the experience of he ti g service from the manager Janica who absolutely RUINED my hair before my trip. I showed her 5 examples which were literally what another stylist was doing to another patron right across from us. She stated she was going to start at a size 4 and I’m pretty sure she forgot to put the attachment on and shaved a bald spot into the side of my head and tried to cover it up and when I called her out on it she apologized and said she was going to fade it in sideways to blend it in at my temple which would look terrible. I’m completely disappointed, embarrassed, I look horrible, my pictures are going to come out terrible! Absolutely worse experience ever. I will never return to this location again. What a waste of time!"

She was amazing. She took the time to understand my hair concerns (natural curls) and she gave me a very professional cut with options in styling for a fresh, polished look. She went through my hair products, provided a recommended routine for my hair (I brought my products to show her).
