"The page doesn't say anything about charging 20% free until you get there and pay in person. The only way to avoid that is to pay in the app. I should be explicit because otherwise I would not have asked this place to pay $7 as a tip on an order that I searched for, picked up and took away. This has never happened to me with a pick up order. Don't recommend this, non sense! They add a 20% FREE when you order OVER THE PHONE to PICK UP IN PERSON. Makes 0 sense I have never heard of this other than when you eat at a restaurant with more than 5 people. I asked them why my card was charged for that 20% and they just said it was a fee. GRATUITY is not A FEE. It's 2 different things."

"Jorge was great. We couldn’t find it because it’s a bit hidden and he came out on his cell phone to find us. Great service. Very professional. Tasty burger. Not a big fan of the onion rings (need to be a bit crispier) but the fries were good. Nice place for a change of pace. Pub style food."
