"This was the first time I have ever been in this store. I’m a mid 20s Hispanic woman and was ignored when I walked in and for the 30 minutes I wandered around the store, standing in front of the employees multiple times. Meanwhile, multiple older white women came in and were catered to endlessly and asked multiple questions of if they needed help. I was only enthusiastically spoken to to join their rewards program when I was making my purchase. I would’ve liked to buy more, since they have a decent selection of squishmallows and unique candles, but I was very discouraged from how they treated everyone but me."
