"On the day before Thanksgiving I walked in after calling to confirm if I could get a cut. The owner said it was busy and the barber next to him was available. He started with my child and the haircut was horrible. I told him to please stop because it was bad and he told me the guy next to him will fix it. He fixed my kid cut(really nice fade) and said it was going to take care of everyone. I waited for him to finish with 2 of his clients and he was crying about having too much work and not enough time almost an hour after telling me he'll take care of us. While waiting for my wife to bring food to the kids(since waiting was longer than expected). When I let him know about I'll feed kids while waiting he's like " you gotta pay for your kid". I made the payment and continued to wait while feeding my kids. After a couple of min as soon as I step into the barber again the owner starts putting excuses "I don't have time for a fade on your kid". I told him I always get a fade for him and he's like " I won't argue, I'm not doing it " I decided not to get what he wanted after waiting for a long time and told him to next time to be straight and not have me wait for so long and then come up with excuses. While walking into my car he comes out shouting he's from I don't know which gang or street or whatever like that's supposed to intimidate. Nice fades but he's a barber who wants to be a gangster and that's what makes him unprofessional."
