Sam has been the only hairstylist that was able to manage the ambiguities of my hair and supersede my expectation. Due to past experiences, I have been extremely unlucky with getting my hair cut up until I found Sam. Eventually we built great trust to the point where I allow Sam to experiment with my hair. She is an amazing colorist as well and we have gone from all the spectrum of color on my hair while managing to make it seem fashionable and classy. She is always in the know of the cultural hair changes and always up to date on hair knowledge. If I can give Sam a more than a 5 star rating, I definitely would."
