"I’ve been going to see Claire for close to 20 years now. Lovely atmosphere, interesting and intelligent conversations, I simply adore this salon. I won’t let anyone else cut or color my hair because they don’t consistently take the time that Claire does to listen. I can honestly say that every time I leave the salon, I feel glorious and glowing because I always know my hair looks fabulous! They have a wonderful line of haircare products too, very high quality but reasonably priced. Oh and parking in the back is easy and I can always find a space."

"I went here growing up, and my mother has gone here for over 20 years, and the haircare is certainly top-notch. However, this salon has lost our business due to a combination of overpricing and disrespect. My mum came here for $500+ treatments, which she easily could have gotten elsewhere for half the price or less, out of loyalty. She tipped 20-25% every time. And yet, she had several appointments in which extra treatments were added without her consent, and when she pushed back on this, Claire had the gall to say "what, are you having financial problems?" I've finally convinced her not to go back to Paris Claire and my heart feels lighter for it. These people don't really care about their clients, just their bottom line."
