"These employees start working at 11 am but the HairSalon opens at 10:00/ They all drinking coffee and even the housekeeping guy sits there to drink coffee/ Arrived there as a walked in - From 10;10 am to 1:10 pm Then there was one hair dresser whom used "Barbicide Disinfectant" to clean the chair I was sitting/ Realized this is the ONLY hairdresser that clean the chair/ I felt like I must look like I had a contagious disease to her / That was VERY RUDE! For all the hours I was there NO ONE cleaned or disinfect the chairs AT ALL / This hair dresser only did to ME Also all the sinks where wash the hair all broken only one working out of the 10 or 11 black sinks/ The hairstylist all need to take Customer Service Classes and if they are not professional due to their personal culture they need to learn. Very dissapointed on the service and the hairstylist may have their license but lack of experience or any recent knowledge except when they went to school in the 60"s. Please do not use the JC Penney Hair Salon you will be throwing money away"

"I had an appointment today to get the Chi Hair Straightening system on my hair. I arrived a few minutes prior to my appointment time. As I waited for Swany, the girl who is supposed to do my hair another lady walks in for a blow dry. I'm sitting waiting to have my hair shampooed when she welcomes the guest and shampoos her hair before mine. Then she shampoos mine. I'm thinking that she will blow dry her hair while my treatment in on my hair. Well, I was told that she was going to blow dry her hair before even starting mine. After almost an hour of waiting, I decided to leave. I will never returned to this place. Mind you that I was ready to spend up to $300 on hair and service. It was a very disappointing experience."
