"Booked an appointment with Gladys at 1:30pm and we arrived sharp. The staff said she just went out to lunch break?? Ok so like I’m supposed to wait til she gets back? Did one of the other stylists offer to take my son? No. They said to wait on Gladys that they were all booked. All stylists don’t have a sense as a whole store, they only care about their own appointments. Never coming back here."

"Horrible experience with Marisu L. This is how she cut my son’s hair. She put a lot of hair gel so I didn’t notice until I showered him and his hair dried. I spent $65 on a hair cut for my son and Daughter to get this kind of service. I don’t recommend this place and never coming back."

"My wife went inside today to see if they were accepting walk ins. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. After reading other reviews I can see this is not a one time thing it seems like it is their business practice. Don't waste your money on a place that treats people this way. Sad because the beautician we have been using for years for our children is wonderful. By the way this is not the first time we were treated this way at sharkeys but it will be the last."
