The Mall Hair Salons

"On 5-7-23. So I went there with my special needs girlfriend and had a verbal conversation with the receptionist, I asked her how much it is to straighten her hair and blow dry it. She said over $200 250 exact. I said I would never spend two hundred dollars here period. I specifically said only blow dry and wash So 2 and a 1/2 hours later. She comes back and says oh it's gonna be $90. I said for what she said oh we did more stuff and I explained to her that my girlfriend is a special needs person which she told me I was very. Rude to say that because she seems to speak fine and then after having the police called on me. Because I told them that that was crazy why would they do that i didn't agree to it. After she told me that I was rude for telling everybody that her that my girlfriend needed special needs because she talks fine she told me that I should have. Told her that she was a special needs person so anyway you slice it. I was in the wrong so just be careful when you deal with these people just like a lot of them. All sales people always trying to sell you up on stuff. Be careful they will try to charge you for stuff. You don't ask 4 plus in my opinion. This company is a complete rip off with their prices. Terrible communication, I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!!"

My stylist, Sol is great. She always gives me advice that actually works for styling and care for my dry kind of curly hair. She goes the extra mile to put in products that hydrate, care and give extra shine and perfume to my hair. I always leave so satisfy with my hair so pretty and smelling amazing."

"I walked into this salon out of the blue and I was placed with Massi WOW!!! She is amazing and made me a loyal customer with my first haircut /style!! I have been a redhead for over 20 years and she suggested going blonde and I absolutely LOVE IT!!!! She truly knows colors I’ve included my home pictures because you look at the pictures from the salon and cannot imagine your hair really comes out of that, but it does!!!"

"I will never recommend this salon my hair is all messed up with this haircut all i see are unprofessional layers with a lot of volume in the back part of my hair and the owner was not professional with me that i need to pay for a treatment in order to get a better look on my hair I been a customer for years on this salon they lost a good customer i'm not coming back again not a professional haircut and attached i'm posting pictures of the unprofessional haircut"
