"Received a terrible cut. Terrible! My sides were uneven, the “layers” were so choppy and blunt, it looked like the back of my head had shelves. My stylist wasn’t rude, but a bit condescending. She was very rough when touching my head to move it. Went to the salon twice that day, no one greeted me either time. Found the guest care email to request a refund. No response. After a second email they issued a partial refund, partial. Still, no one has apologized for ruining my hair. Needless to say I will never be back to this location or any other hair cuttery for that matter. Horrible customer service, from the top down. Went to Khaliman Salons in Boca (near my work), they were amazing! Super friendly, my hair looks great! Highly recommend! You can see my 5star review for them."

"I am so disappointed with today's visit. For starters, the lady who shampooed my hair did it only once and in a rush, if I knew she was going to do that, I should've done it at home and washed it twice so it was left clean. Secondly, the whole blow dry experience was terrible: she was burning my scalp while doing the blow dry, and put so much product in my hair for "frizz" that left it with no volume, and to top the horrible experience, she mega hair sprayed my whole hair, that looks all lifeless with no volume.... not coming back. Super disappointed. I left a tip, just because is the holidays and did not want to be rude. But I feel I took my money and sent it to the trash. I am washing my hair tomorrow and doing the blow dry myself. I do a better job, and I am not even a stylist. Unreal. Don't come here."

"Marie is the best! I came in with a terrible haircut that I hated and was desperate. She listened to why I hated my current cut, and then meticulously fixed it. I'm in love with my new cut and am so beyond happy! I won't lie I did not have high expectations, but she did amazing and I'm so happy now! Thank you ☺️"

"Visited HairCuttery on 11 June 2023, Marie did an awesome job with my mom and I’s hair. She washed and blow-dried my hair, gave it a trim, and used flat iron/curling iron to style it. I was very satisfied with my service, and would highly recommend Marie to any future customer!"
