"Unpleasant staff! Rude always on the phone cashier was on the phone with her AirPods on bought cigarettes when I got home she gave me menthol instead of lights. Didn’t ask for my drivers license. Just Not paying attention. Maybe cause she’s young. The line was and is always extremely long waiting list 20 minutes or more in the line. Not enough staff. And they speak very loud in Spanish amongst each other the staff"

"Limited parking spaces, on a tight lot. The air conditioner not working, hot & uncomfortable in the store. It smelled like urine in the back by the refrigerator. Cramped aisles with limited stock. The rude cashier walked away with a older lady standing at her counter, didn't even tell her she was closed. Just left her standing there. Absolutely ridiculous. This store is digusting. **Dear Manager, clean your store & please train your staff on good customer service. It's effortlessly to be polite."

"I'm giving only 4 stars because I walked in with my SERVICE dog (tato) and they stop me at the door even though I explained it's a service animal for my anxiety they said no pets allowed. I believe they should be a bit more aware of ADA laws and enforce them instead of me being delayed thank you for reading this but plz understand that they had great stuff and l.a. color makeup and good quality too do plz enjoy shopping here if u like good quality stuff for the minimum price so 4 stars from me"
