"I was referred here by a friend since I live only a few minutes away. The barber is by appointment only. The first time I arrived he apologized and needed a few minutes with the previous customer. I waited another 15 minutes. The second time I arrived and it was a 25 minute wait. Annoying, but I will say he is super friendly and gave a detailed quality cut and I was happy with the result. The third time I arrived and the woman before me had booked one appointment slot for two boys, both wanting stylish involved haircuts. After 45 minutes waiting, he still wasn’t finished and I was about to leave when his partner arrived prior to his next appointment. He said he could take me, and I said that would be unfair to make his next appointment wait. He said no problem and proceeded to do a fast much less detailed haircut. A white guy “fade and trim” isn’t the most complicated cut to do, but it definitely wasn’t as detailed as the previous two, on par with what to expect from the chain shops. Later I noticed some missed long patch behind my ear. Maybe my experience was an anomaly, but if there are no walk ins and appointment only, then he needs to make longer appointment sessions or else you are saying your time is more valuable than the customers. Again, he is polite and talented, but if you are a professional taking time out of your day to make an appointment, you may not get your hair cut in."
