"Just took my daughter for a trim . The lady cut her hair a lot shorter than my daughter wanted. She was holding her tears but expressed that it was a lot shorter. Lady kept saying that she cut what my daughter said but she also said : I guess is a bit shorter and kept giggling. My daughter was crying in the car after we stepped out the salon. This had happened before with me but I wanted to give this place another chance. It is heart breaking to see my teenage daughter crying and so unhappy with her haircut. Lady didn’t even said I’m sorry. After posting this review i received an email saying I would be contacted by the owner of the salon to talk more about my experience but never happened."

"Very disappointed to get turned away at about quarter of closing time. Would not have driven there except the website said "check-ins not accepted; arrive before closing for service." Even though the gal, who cut my hair many times before and enjoyed a larger tip than average, had a cancellation before me she turned me away even when I said it was in this case important. I'm sure she would have finished within minutes of, if not before closing time. I've been a loyal customer to that place but now I'm in line at Sports Clips. As for doing business in a way that wins consumer confidence, either change the language on the website or encourage the employees to honor that language. You can't have it both ways"
