"I want to thank the owner of this store. After going to several other beauty supply stores in the area. It was nice to actually get great customer service. All though when I walked in she was already helping someone..she politely excused the customer ahead of me. Just to let me know she would help me find what I was looking for as soon as she was done. I found a few things while I waited and she came over to help, after she was done.There was one item I was Not able to find in any shops anywhere and I mention it and showed her the product. Shen then offered to order the item and have It in stock for my next visit, since it was a great Natural hair product.
