"The gym closes at 25 minutes earlier than the posted hours. They close because the manger’s advised the employees to close so that by their scheduled closing time people wont be able to say they didn’t know the gym was closing so soon. That is the solution they came to address the problem of customers not leaving the at the scheduled closing time. I drove to the gym from Parrish about 20 minutes away knowing I would have 25 minutes to work out. I got to the door 27 minutes before scheduled closing and the doors were locked. I am at the Bradenton location. This is just a poor experience. I called the gym while standing outside the doors of the facility and the clerk explained why the doors were locked 25 minutes in advance of closing time. Crunch fitness has lots of locations in the Tampa Bay area including Parrish Fl. So I will be canceling my membership here this is absolutely unacceptable to close 25 minutes before scheduled closing without any advance notice.I will be saving about $30 by switching to a Crunch membership. I wont be getting my work out done this Wednesday 10/25/23 but sure enough tomorrow morning at 10 am I will have a Canceled my LA Fitness/ Esporta membership, and I will have Crunch membership and by 11am Thursday morning I will get my Wednesday night fitness routine done at Crunch. If you read to the end of this know that Crunch memberships Start at $9.99 and offer the same as Esporta / LA fitness + the keep there scheduled closing times."
