"Save yourself the trip and hassle! My daughter went to this place and booked with Lex Get Waxed and It was the worse experience! She burned my poor daughter for the first time her getting a Brazilian! Not only that but she left so much hair and was so unprofessional! She will talk bad about her past clients to her new clients! "We went there for my daughter's consultation and it was a very nice experience. From the minute we got there till the minute we ended everything was amazing. Rosa was very thorough and very patient being that I had a thousand questions for her. The manager was also a doll, we left feeling very satisfied. My daughter became a Smile Direct member and she is excited to get her new smile. I'm hoping that the results are as good as the service. Overall, I will be recommending this to my friends because it's very hard getting excellent service like this. I'm all about presentation and cleanliness and it really was impressive inside.
