"This was my first time visiting here. It's conveniently located next to Universal Orlando, right across the street from a gas station and within walking distance to the high school. There are individual or shared suites for the stylists. You have to be buzzed in or greeted by your stylist to enter. The interior is chic and my stylist's suite was beautifully decorated."

"10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! My first time here with Vicky Conroy for a color & highlght. Vicki is a sweet girl but not a professional when it comes to coloring. I sent a current pic of my hair (long, brown with red undertones & previously done partial blonde highlights) I also sent an inspo pic (cool dark brown with ash blonde highlights). I spent 4+ hours in her chair. (Not even including a style) my hair was still wet when I left bc it was 10pm & I still had an hour drive to get home. Got home my teenage daughter & my husband both cringed. When I looked in the light the roots were bright orange. The rest of my hair was overall lightened but no brown & not even a visible blonde highlight. Vicky refused a refund when I contacted her the next morning & I even sent pics of how terrible my hair looked. Rather she offered to “fix her mistake” for free. (Wow thanks!) 4+ hours & you couldn’t achieve anything you said you could, why would I trust you to touch my hair again?!?!? She also kept stating that l didn’t tell her my hair was previously colored & that’s why it turned orange which is not true at all, clearly she can’t take responsibility for her mistakes. I am disputing the charge with my bank and now I have to try to either find someone to fix her mess up or color my hair dark again & start the whole process over. I couldn’t be more disappointed. My New Years Eve was ruined, I literally cried all day. I can’t believe she let me leave looking like a clown! I’m 99.9% sure I could have done a better job with a box dye & highlight kit. (I’ve attached a pic of my hair before..inspo pic & after pic)"

"This is my first time coming here and Sarah Aouizir was amazing ! I had the best first experience today … She made my hair dream come true , I will never go elsewhere. The quality, professionalism friendliness, trendiness and industry knowledge is just outstanding !!! and I felt the pricing was more than reasonable. Sarah and her assistant are the sweetest people ever, they made me feel so comfortable . Sarah took her time, asked me what type of color and style I wanted, then walked me through exactly how she could achieve that look I was very impressed with the result! When I left, my hair was so soft, shiny, and looked fantastic ! Overall she went above and beyond my expectations and she will definitely be my new go-to stylist ."

"Emma Indrunas colored my sisters hair over the weekend and it came out terrible. She asked for balayage and the difference in her hair was basically nonexistent. On top of being 45 minutes late to her 10:30am appointment she was not nice and unapproachable. She left my sister unattended with bleach in her hair and didn’t check on her for a very long time. Before my sister left Emma told her that her hair would lighten in the sun and if she was unhappy she could come back and get it fixed. Emma is now refusing to fix my sisters hair no one should go see Emma Indrunas. She does terrible hair."

"I am giving this salon a 1 star because I cant give zero stars. Emma Indrunas did a balayage coloring on my daughter's hair. The coloring was basically non existant and cost $225. My daughter has had this coloring done many times with wonderful results at different salons. This Emma arrived late, was not attentive, did not watch hair coloring process and seemed in a hurry. She was basically rude and bothered . When my daughter expressed her displeasure Emma told her that it would lighten in the sun. It did not...my daughter called her the same day and Emma was not willing to have her come back to make it right. I have never had services done at a salon and left feeling unhappy and not valued as a customer. Zero effort was made to make any changes to the coloring. This was a birthday gift I paid for....and it looks terrible. #unhappymom"
