"I ended up walking out with what I can in with, having paid $430 + tip. I came in and asked for highlights, stating I wanted to keep it around $300 total. I walk out with darker hair on the first appointment than what I came in with…? So I called to see if they could fix it and maybe give me what I asked for. Very nice they tell me to come in, it’s lighter and looks nice, but now the color I came in with. To go lighter would fry my hair at this point, but at least it’s not darker than I had from the prior appointment. Then I go up to the counter and am told they’re comping me for the color correction today? Excuse me, but your stylist didn’t listen to what I wanted in the first place. Let’s not even go into how I was nickeled and dimmed without being told that was what was happening. When I state that I want to be $xx all in, that doesn’t me start there and add on all the extras without telling me it’ll be an additional cost. Note to self, even when you do explain and they do ask questions to clarify, you still get whatever they want to give you and charge what they want to charge. Super disappointing because the people are nice, Gary seems very nice, but you won’t get what you want in the end. I’ve never had such a hard time at a salon before. Not to mention, feeling long I’ve been raked over the coals and have them make it seem like THEY did me a favor…SMH… Did I mention, on my original appointment the fiancé was sitting in the chair in front of me asking my stylist how much longer she’d be would because he was hungry? So I paid for my hair to be styled and dried as part of my service but it was dried, looked greasy in the front, and wasn’t really even styled. She was in a rush. I understand why my original appointment needed to be changed form when it would be best for me & was happy to be understanding but to be rushed, be charged $130 more than I stated and was planning on, and then to be out a total of 6 hours of my time for the 2 appointments, I am beyond bewildered. But they did me a favor by not charging me what they messed up to begin with and now my hair is fried and breaking, which is what I told them I didn’t want to have happen before I went back in and when I went back in. The gal at the front desk, Gary’s daughter, told me they could do it without that happening but she was wrong. See pics. If this is what you’re wanting, this is the place for you, but I’m guessing it’s not. So please save yourself time and A LOT of money by going somewhere else and getting the color you want."

"Great service and even better people. Chloe cut and styled my hair and she did an amazing job, and made sure to walk through every step with me to make sure I was getting what I wanted. The entire staff are very kind and helpful people. Couldn’t recommend more!"

"Love This place! This is our third time back and they did not disappoint! Drank a delicious cup of coffee as I was pampered and educated about my hair type. (I miss my curls and ruined my locks) Gary and his staff educated me and made me feel good about my hair again! They’re always so warm and inviting. Everything is clean the professionalism is outstanding and the environment is relaxed all at the same time. I can never wait to come back! We will not go anywhere else for fantasy hair!"
