"Literally show up before opening. Some guy pulls up next to me with three others. one of the barbers open the door and I enter and take a seat until I get addressed to start a haircut. Two guys were working and they didn’t even set waiting expectations. Especially if they knew they had back to back appointments. They’ll let you wait an hour before they acknowledge you. They have good barbers but their customer service and attention to detail could improve."
