"I went to the store on February 22, 2024 at 5:15 PM. I will never ever go back to that store again first time and last time. I’ve never experienced this kind of customer service in my life I to work customer service at a little market. The young lady that waited on me was throwing a fit and slamming things down on the counter throwing things behind her I said hello how are you today? I got no response whatsoever she said well what do you want? I said nothing else I paid for the two items and walk towards the manager. She (manager) was talking with someone else. She needs a good talking to by corporate!!! She was talking so loud and using the c@&$t word!! Obviously, she was talking about another woman to be using that word, and they were having a conversation amongst themselves. She turned around and looked at me and I said may I talk to you a minute she said, don’t you see me talking to somebody else right now? Oh my gosh!!! Never ever will I return to that store.disgusting!!! Family Dollar You should be so ashamed of your employees!! That will be my first and last time ever going to any Family Dollar store"

"They are so rude in there, there’s one woman that has been rude every single time. Shalonta or something like that. There’s never anyone at the register and they don’t speak. I’ve learned my lesson this time I will not be going back"

"They have nothing on the shelves. I would give them a minus 2 if possible. The price on the shelf isn't the price they charge you so be careful"

"This was a great trip for me. Few things to be aware of. This store has no carts! Only hand baskets. If you are a couponer, please prepare accordingly. I had to do several trips to the car, but I was still able to get what I needed."

"Went on a sunday evening, one person was in line in front of me, however she had 3 seperate transactions. During this time the other employee walked by 3 times and never bothered to open the other register. When I finally got rung up, the cashier played with his smart phone during the majority of the time. When I mentioned to him that the other employee was apparently too involved he popped off some offhand comment back to me, but gladly I was almost out the door and barely heard it. This store is exactly what you might expect - trash."
