"Yes I have a Quadriplegic handicap brother that operates a wheelchair with his chin. He never lets himself be incapacitated to the extent of difficulty for operating his chair. He knows his limits but when he had mustard the motivation to go one day and requested a shot. The owner raised his voice from a distance to the bartender that my brother was asking for service, telling her to deny him. Which as we can all understand is embarrassing and humiliating especially since my brother had had to deal with enough in his life already making it 43 years driving a wheelchair with his chin holding a smile as best he can goes there to hangout with a few of the regulars he considers friends. Which he needs very much because his life is not easy, he wouldn’t let or put that pain on anyone himself. Furthermore, the bartender ignored him after the owner prejudiced and condescendingly intervened. Now since I guess there is an ignorant sense of compassion, lack of decency and respect amongst the ownership and staff for what others go through in life. They don’t even have to answer him to tell him why he was denied service. My brother was very upset and saddened by that because it did not make any sense and once again he was never given the decency fir a reason as to why. As if he didn’t matter, couldn’t speak, and he didn’t have his own money for his product. Which he does matter, he does speak and enjoys talking and joking with people of all sorts and they like him too, and he very well did have his own money for the product and service. He has been coming to this bar for about two years give or take. Now, it is no easy task for him to go a little over three miles in the hot Florida sun as we all should understand. To top it off he has to worry about traffic and crosswalks which set him further back on time and in total it takes him about an hour and a half, to two and a half hours to get there. I just want people to know how he was treated in case anyone else has family with such struggles in life. This is not right, and this owner needs to reply to me with an explanation as to why or I’m gonna further the pursuit of this insulting evening for a kind man that didn’t deserve that. However I can, because you deserve the trouble for whatever big ignorant head you have. Maybe you will learn something about some people from this and have some respect."

Cigar selection is outstanding, with Tobacconist their to help every time The employees and management is very nice when you don’t understand how something works or need help It’s a Gem located in the heart of downtown; allows you to enjoy a book, some lunch from around, to finish up some work or just to have a conversation with the person next to you.
